EMCI certified valuators Ties van Os and Peter Rood of Scheepsmakelaardij Enkhuizen are recognized by all Dutch banks and financial institutions. Ties van Os is also sworn shisbroker/valuator by court. 

Our reports complie with the last standard of the Dutch Association of Ship Brokers. The assessment is a determination of the open market value as well as an execution vaslue and serves as a presentation to the financer.

Our reports are complete and documented with photos and enclosures with relevant information, such as survey report(s), possible status of the mooring and, in case of a commercial/charter ship, the relevant certificates and exploitation details.

The take down on board of a ship will easily take two hours. You will receive the reportation within a week. The costs for a valuation of an average ship, lying in Enkhuizen, are € 400,00 ex VAT.
